Common Troubleshooting

Location Issues

Ensure that "Precise Location" is enabled in your phone settings for Focally to accurately track your Walk Tests.

Notification Issues

If you aren't receiving reminders, check that Notifications are allowed in your device settings.

Data Sync

If your XP or Level isn't updating, ensure you have an active internet connection (WiFi or Cellular).

Account & Data Deletion

In compliance with App Store and Play Store policies, we make it easy for you to manage your data.

How to delete your account:

  1. Send a mail to support: softwaretype@gmail.com
  2. Request for your account to be deleted and state the account email.
  3. Your account will typically be deleted within 24-48 hours.

What happens when I delete my account?

  • All personal information (Name, Email) will be permanently removed.
  • Your activity history, XP, and Walk Test scores will be erased.
  • Any connections to Medical Professionals will be immediately severed.
  • Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
